PROJECT OVERVIEW: POWERPLANT
CHALLENGE
Powerplant’s goal was to expand their company's potential and shape it into a lifestyle clothing brand, without losing the heritage or cultural edge the brand built over the past 20 years. This was to be done by providing a 24 month roll out and operation playbook for the company.
OBJECTIVE
Along with our research, we set out to make an operations playbook, to create internal solutions for external success. Powerplant, the original company, needed to be seen and explained as four different pillars. These pillars made ample room to fortify heritage pillars of the company as well as designate the commercial lifestyle brand pillar of Powerplant.
SOLUTION
We delivered a 150 page 24 month roadmap and operations playbook to create understanding of their 20 years of experience and discuss all four new pillars of their company, their rules, imagery, collaboration, and roll-out for Powerplant. The goal was to provide a base that Powerplant would be able to pursue company expansions in an organized & organic way.
RESULTS
This operations playbook has brought peace to the internal structure of the company by streamlining understanding how each piece of clothing, content, or motorcycle part fits in each associated pillar. Through a concise 24 month plan Power Plant is participating with a variety of consumer groups to reach a vast audience worldwide.
